Manages invoicing, documentation, and administrative project support for service operations, ensuring accuracy from project initiation through closeout.


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in general accounting processes

  • Knowledge of construction and contract administration

  • Data entry proficiency

  • Experience reviewing and processing invoices for accuracy

  • Ability to process warranty invoices

  • Familiarity with procurement and job costing procedures


Preferred Skills:

  • HVAC industry knowledge

  • Experience with Oracle or Salesforce systems

  • Understanding of P-Card purchasing processes and documentation review


Job Responsibilities:

  • Review service documentation for invoice accuracy and compliance

  • Process warranty invoices in coordination with service teams

  • Manage procurement activities related to service parts and materials

  • Support project managers with job costing and budget tracking

  • Maintain routine project documentation from award to closeout

  • Coordinate with technicians on P-Card purchases and recordkeeping

  • Ensure timely customer invoicing for multiple projects in varying stages

  • Assist with administrative closeout of completed projects

Pay: 18-24

Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
