Contract Analyst
Manages contract drafting, negotiation, and budgeting for clinical trial agreements while supporting cross-functional collaboration with legal, sales, finance, and clinical teams.
Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree required
-
Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in contract negotiation or clinical trial support

Knowledge of clinical trial processes and Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
-
Dual familiarity with legal terminology and financial/budgetary concepts
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
-
Experience with Adobe Acrobat
-
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, legal, finance, and marketing
-
Experience with contract redlining, pricing, and data analysis
-
Bilingual preferred
Preferred Skills:
-
Prior experience in Fair Market Value (FMV) analysis
-
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools
-
Knowledge of vendor and consulting agreements
-
Experience working with clinical informed consents
-
Background in contract administration or clinical outsourcing
-
Strong critical thinking and escalation management skills
Job Responsibilities:
-
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer standard and nonstandard contracts for clinical trials
-
Support budget development and analysis of FMV for clinical agreements
-
Collaborate with clinical, legal, reimbursement, and finance teams to align contract terms
-
Maintain and track contract activity progress and provide timely status updates

Analyze contract data and maintain historical documentation
-
Lead smaller-scale projects with oversight from senior-level professionals
-
Escalate and manage contract negotiations to ensure timely resolution
-
Interpret and respond to contract redlines using input from legal and clinical teams
-
Coordinate supplier contact activities and outsourcing proposal analysis
-
Ensure contracts meet compliance standards and performance requirements
Pay Details: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
