Seeking a Material/Inventory Associate to support inventory control, kitting, shipping and receiving, and shop floor expediting in a production environment.


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in inventory control, kitting, and cycle counting

  • Ability to stand for shifts longer than 8 hours

  • Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds

  • Proficiency using computer systems for inventory and production support

  • Familiarity with MRP systems


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of customer and government furnished equipment handling

  • Experience with shipping and receiving processes

  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on dispatch lists

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual and clerical tasks for fabrication and assembly work order release, kitting, and expediting

  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions across all stockroom types

  • Produce shipping and receiving documentation and track work order locations

  • Update computer systems to support inventory and customer requirements

  • Coordinate with vendors for outside processing

  • Communicate with support teams and coworkers to meet production goals

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operations



Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.50 per hour
