Provides quality engineering support for medical and non-medical device software, focusing on process implementation, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a quality engineering role

  • Experience supporting both medical and non-medical device software

  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) processes and procedures

  • Knowledge of software issue resolution, defect tracking, and corrective action processes

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including R&D, Clinical, and Quality

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting NC (Non-Conformance) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related quality practices

  • Background in clinical or commercial software environments

  • Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support quality engineering activities for medical and commercial software products

  • Implement and maintain QMS procedures and process improvements

  • Collaborate with clinical, R&D, and quality teams to ensure compliance and software reliability

  • Investigate and help resolve software defects and quality issues

  • Support documentation, tracking, and resolution of NC/CAPA items

  • Assist in maintaining quality oversight throughout the product lifecycle

Pay:45-55

Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
