Manufacturing Engineer

Seeking a manufacturing engineer to lead process design and optimization efforts for a new production facility focused on efficient assembly, fabrication, and machining operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience in process optimization, systems engineering, or lean manufacturing

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with industrial engineering software and tools

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in new plant setups or expansions

• Knowledge of time and cost analysis methodologies

• Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and design manufacturing processes for a new production facility

• Analyze assembly, machining, and fabrication operations to identify efficiency improvements

• Optimize equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization

• Determine required tools, equipment, and procedures to meet manufacturing targets and product specifications

• Conduct or oversee time and cost studies to support continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and drive operational excellence

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
