Manufacturing Engineer
Seeking a manufacturing engineer to lead process design and optimization efforts for a new production facility focused on efficient assembly, fabrication, and machining operations.
Job Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience in process optimization, systems engineering, or lean manufacturing

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with industrial engineering software and tools

Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience in new plant setups or expansions

Knowledge of time and cost analysis methodologies

Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools
Job Responsibilities:
-
Plan and design manufacturing processes for a new production facility
-
Analyze assembly, machining, and fabrication operations to identify efficiency improvements

Optimize equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization

Determine required tools, equipment, and procedures to meet manufacturing targets and product specifications

Conduct or oversee time and cost studies to support continuous improvement initiatives
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and drive operational excellence
Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
