Seeking an experienced administrative coordinator to manage cross-functional projects, support event planning, organize meetings, and maintain operational tracking systems.


Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administrative or project coordination experience (5+ years preferred)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong computer skills with ability to manage multiple digital platforms

  • Experience using Salesforce for data entry, tracking, or reporting

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience planning and coordinating events

  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving logistics

  • Background in creating and improving administrative processes

  • Knowledge of organizing and executing meetings, including agendas and follow-ups

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and initiatives across departments with minimal supervision

  • Create and document processes to streamline project execution

  • Track project data, metrics, and deadlines using digital tools

  • Plan and coordinate internal events and meetings

  • Support shipping and receiving of materials and event assets

  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and organizational systems

  • Prepare reports, memos, and communications related to ongoing initiatives

  • Organize and maintain tracking systems for performance and operational metrics



Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
