Manage and improve supplier quality systems, resolve supplier-related issues, and ensure compliance across the product lifecycle.


Job Requirements:

  • Strong background in quality systems related to supplier controls

  • Proven problem-solving skills (e.g., DMAIC, CAPA methodologies)

  • Experience with SAP, Agile, and TrackWise (preferred)


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of PPAP, control plans, and component qualification strategies

  • Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards for purchased product compliance

  • Experience preparing for and supporting internal and external audits

  • Ability to coach teams on supplier quality, quality system requirements, and statistical analysis


Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services

  • Investigate and resolve supplier quality or compliance issues with cross-functional teams

  • Lead or participate in CAPA teams addressing supplier-related issues

  • Define and execute component qualification strategies in partnership with suppliers

  • Author or review engineering lifecycle deliverables throughout product development

  • Implement control plans to support acceptance activities

  • Qualify suppliers and manage certification programs for cost-effective inspection

  • Monitor part performance from acquisition through manufacturing

  • Evaluate supplier operations and provide performance feedback

  • Provide quality compliance guidance throughout product lifecycle

  • Deploy product acceptance sampling strategies and supplier-owned quality systems

  • Define receiving inspection requirements and validate test methods

  • Process and approve supplier change requests

  • Lead and manage supplier quality-related projects to successful outcomes

  • Support audit preparations and resolve audit/inspection findings

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective CAPA execution



Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
