Responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales-related environment (customer service, inside/outside sales, purchasing, etc.)

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting required

  • ERP experience required (NetSuite preferred)

  • Strong order entry and customer interfacing background

  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced business

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with distribution processes

  • Analytical skills for converting customer data into actionable insights

  • Familiarity with competitive pricing and inventory dynamics

  • Aptitude for understanding technical products and solutions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage customer orders through ERP system from order to shipment

  • Communicate expected delivery dates, tracking updates, and expedite requests internally and externally

  • Support outside sales with a dedicated customer base and assist with quoting products and services

  • Maintain and build customer relationships to meet on-time delivery and quality expectations

  • Identify and respond to customer needs by recommending products and solutions

  • Proactively manage quotes, customer accounts, and follow-ups on new leads

  • Adjust pricing based on competitive market parameters and internal initiatives

  • Recognize industry trends and promote relevant customer incentives

  • Upsell additional products and services aligned with customer goals and company strategy

  • Analyze customer sales activities and generate reports to support business decisions

  • Continuously train on technical product knowledge and advancements



Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.50 per hour
