Seeking an Engineering Project Manager with experience in medical device product development to lead cross-functional teams, manage project execution, and oversee resource, financial, and risk planning activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in medical device industry

  • Project management expertise including financials, resource planning, risk management, and execution of project plans

  • Exposure to product development processes (PDP)

  • Experience within an engineering function supporting medical devices

  • On-site availability at least 4 days per week

  • Program Management certification preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Background supporting structural heart or related product lines

  • Familiarity with regulated environments and quality systems

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and implementation of products and services through departmental or cross-functional teams

  • Oversee all operational aspects of ongoing projects, acting as liaison between project management, planning, and line management

  • Develop, maintain, and execute project plans including scope, budget, and timeline

  • Monitor project progress from initiation through delivery, including regular status and budget reporting

  • Assess issues and lead resolution strategies to meet project goals

  • Implement tracking tools and mechanisms for intervention when needed

  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain delivery to quality, schedule, and performance targets



Pay Details: $49.00 to $66.00 per hour
