Engineering Project Manager
Seeking an Engineering Project Manager with experience in medical device product development to lead cross-functional teams, manage project execution, and oversee resource, financial, and risk planning activities.
Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
-
8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in medical device industry

Project management expertise including financials, resource planning, risk management, and execution of project plans
-
Exposure to product development processes (PDP)

Experience within an engineering function supporting medical devices
-
On-site availability at least 4 days per week

Program Management certification preferred
Preferred Skills:

Background supporting structural heart or related product lines

Familiarity with regulated environments and quality systems
Job Responsibilities:
-
Manage the development and implementation of products and services through departmental or cross-functional teams
-
Oversee all operational aspects of ongoing projects, acting as liaison between project management, planning, and line management

Develop, maintain, and execute project plans including scope, budget, and timeline

Monitor project progress from initiation through delivery, including regular status and budget reporting
-
Assess issues and lead resolution strategies to meet project goals
-
Implement tracking tools and mechanisms for intervention when needed
-
Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain delivery to quality, schedule, and performance targets
Pay Details: $49.00 to $66.00 per hour
