Develop and implement PLC programs from scratch, perform offline development, and support motion control and onsite commissioning for industrial automation systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience creating PLC programs from the ground up

  • Proficiency in offline PLC programming and file importation

  • Experience conducting PLC debugging and onsite commissioning

  • Familiarity with motion control systems including Rockwell Motion Control, Allen Bradley Motion Control, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Allen Bradley Kinetix 5700 Servo systems

  • Understanding of multi-axis servo motion control (up to 30 axes)

  • Ability to utilize provided reference materials to support programming

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure PLC programs based on provided systems and requirements

  • Perform offline programming tasks including setup and file imports

  • Conduct thorough debugging of PLC logic and systems

  • Travel to job sites for commissioning and support of automated systems

  • Assist with integration and tuning of servo motion control systems and VFDs

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure optimal system performance



Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
