Translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation and manage engineering documentation in a regulated product development environment.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical field

  • Ability to interpret and translate complex technical information into written form

  • Experience managing multiple assignments and responding to critical issues under pressure

  • Strong planning, decision-making, and change management capabilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat


Preferred Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in an ISO 9001 medical device or other regulated industry

  • Experience authoring and reviewing engineering documents including design specifications, test protocols, and test reports

  • Proficiency with Agile or similar lifecycle management tools

  • Experience using Integrity, Polarion, or other requirements management systems

  • Familiarity with complex system development involving hardware and software

  • Experience in Risk Analysis and conducting FMEAs (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Author and maintain engineering documentation such as specifications, test plans, and technical reports

  • Translate complex engineering data into accessible documents for internal and regulatory use

  • Coordinate with engineering teams to manage document revisions and updates

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures

  • Support risk analysis and FMEA documentation processes

  • Utilize lifecycle management and requirements tracking tools for documentation control and traceability



Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
