Oversee and maintain quality assurance systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across aerospace manufacturing operations.


Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineering Manager

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

  • US Citizenship required

  • In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100)

  • Aerospace industry experience

  • Familiarity with inspection techniques, soldering standards, and electronics manufacturing quality standards

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Strong comprehension and expression skills for both written and verbal communication


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CMMI certification

  • Root cause analysis and corrective action leadership

  • Calibration control processes

  • Supplier audit implementation and monitoring


Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, implement, and manage quality assurance and regulatory objectives, policies, and procedures

  • Manage quality aspects of the Design Control Program, including documentation, risk analysis, verification, and validation

  • Maintain certifications and compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and CMMI

  • Coordinate and support third-party audits

  • Lead failure investigations and drive corrective actions with engineering and production teams

  • Maintain quality documentation based on customer requirements

  • Oversee calibration control systems

  • Ensure customer quality expectations are met

  • Conduct supply chain audits to enforce quality standards

  • Manage in-process and final inspection activities

  • Recommend quality improvements in process controls, standards, and inspection methods

  • Perform other duties related to quality assurance and regulatory compliance as assigned



Pay Details: $38.00 to $51.00 per hour
