Supports multi-location corporate engineering and technology teams by maintaining project data integrity, enabling informed decision-making, and ensuring project goals, budgets, and timelines are met through effective system utilization and reporting.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Finance

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management

  • Project Management certification preferred (e.g., CAPM, PMP)

  • Advanced experience with MS Project or similar project management software

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate data to stakeholders

  • Experience improving tools and processes within a project environment

  • Ability to manage diverse priorities and coordinate across multiple teams

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate project data within project management systems

  • Develop and distribute project reports to stakeholders

  • Identify, define, and categorize high-level project resource needs

  • Align communication and budget planning between teams and business units

  • Assist in processing project deliverables and formal agreements

  • Facilitate purchase order transactions and track against project budgets

  • Ensure engineering time tracking is completed and provide related reports

  • Represent the PMO during Annual Operating Planning with business units

  • Collaborate with the PMO Director and Program Managers to enhance systems and standard operating procedures



Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
