Lead structural engineering efforts for industrial onshore and offshore projects, producing complete design packages and overseeing junior engineers and designers.


Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from an ABET-accredited university

  • Extensive experience in industrial onshore and offshore structural steel and foundation design

  • Ability to manage and direct junior engineers and designers

  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver complete structural design packages

  • Licensed Professional Structural Engineer (SE) preferred


Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency with RISA or similar structural analysis software

  • Experience in delivering complex industrial structural projects with minimal oversight


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead structural design for steel and foundation systems in industrial and offshore settings

  • Produce and review calculations, specifications, and design drawings

  • Oversee and mentor junior engineering staff and designers

  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements

  • Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to integrate structural solutions into broader project scope

  • Review and approve design deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy



Pay Details: $51.00 to $69.00 per hour
