Support transportation operations by executing shipment planning, system updates, and logistics coordination using Oracle Transportation Management and Microsoft tools.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted

  • Experience in transportation or supply chain

  • Transportation Management Systems (TMS) experience required; Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Project

  • Ability to build and release shipments through OTM and assign carriers

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with logistics planning and process improvement techniques

  • Understanding of transportation cost management and on-time delivery optimization

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide logistics and transportation planning for assigned locations

  • Build, release, and assign shipments through Oracle Transportation Management

  • Support Transportation Planners 2 and 3 with tasks and serve as backup when needed

  • Execute standard work and assist in transportation project initiatives

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on cost reduction and service enhancements

  • Participate in long-range transportation planning and team priority setting



Pay Details: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
