Quality Inspector

Ensure compliance with product quality standards through detailed inspections and documentation across all stages of production and repair.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum of five years of related quality inspection experience

• Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and measurement techniques

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Familiarity with ESD, IPC-A-610, and J-STD standards

• Experience with OSD, AutoCAD, and internal auditing

• Computer proficiency

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of quality control methods, sampling techniques, and QA principles

• Understanding of production, maintenance, and repair processes

• Familiarity with calibration and control of measuring/test equipment

• English speaking desirable but not required

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform First Article, In-Process, Receiving, and Final inspections

• Witness and verify tests to ensure compliance with requirements

• Conduct in-process inspections on components and equipment under repair or overhaul

• Maintain accurate documentation of inspection findings and product quality

• Prepare quality reports and records in accordance with procedures

• Coordinate QA efforts with other departments including engineering and process teams

• Conduct receipt inspections with material control staff

• Verify completed systems against design specifications

• Manage calibration of measuring and test equipment

• Carry out additional QA functions as directed by the Quality Officer

Pay Details: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour
