Seeking an Operations Leader with a mechanical engineering background and experience in contract manufacturing to drive strategy, efficiency, and growth across operations and supply chain functions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • No more than 15 years of experience

  • Experience in contract manufacturing required

  • Must not have background in medical device or FDA-regulated environments

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with UL508A

  • Familiarity with IPC A620

  • MBA preferred

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, production processes, and quality systems

  • Strategic planning and budgeting experience

  • Experience with lean manufacturing and data-driven process optimization

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead all operations functions including manufacturing, process optimization, supply chain, procurement, and engineering

  • Develop and implement strategic operating plans aligned with company goals

  • Translate long-term vision into actionable annual operating plans

  • Mentor and manage high-performing operations teams, ensuring succession planning

  • Monitor KPIs to identify and act on efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities

  • Lead process improvement initiatives using lean methods and advanced analytics

  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials

  • Oversee development and management of annual budgets and capital investments

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and promote organizational vision and values

  • Maintain strong internal presence through direct engagement and oversight of workforce

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, legal requirements, and safety policies

  • Represent the organization positively to internal and external stakeholders



Pay Details: $175,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
