Seeking a Reliability Engineer to support patient-facing iOS and Android applications by conducting reliability testing, managing risk documentation, and leading FMEAs within a regulated medical device environment.


Job Requirements:

  • BSEE or BSME

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in medical device development

  • Familiarity with app development (iOS and Android)

  • Availability to work onsite at least 3 days per week


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience leading FMEA sessions

  • Proficiency in system reliability testing methods

  • Knowledge of statistical process control procedures

  • Risk management documentation for regulated industries


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform system reliability testing and data analysis on patient apps

  • Lead and document Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEAs)

  • Develop, coordinate, and conduct technical reliability studies

  • Recommend and implement design/test methods to improve reliability

  • Complete risk analysis studies of new designs and processes

  • Investigate variables impacting product and process reliability

  • Ensure corrective actions meet reliability standards

  • Develop reliability engineering programs aligned with regulatory requirements

  • Analyze performance reports, process statistics, and DOE results

  • Propose design or process modifications to improve system reliability

  • Specify testing parameters and sample sizes for environmental reliability testing



Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
