Seeking a Business Development Manager with experience delivering full lifecycle energy projects and the ability to drive early-stage engagement in engineering and EPC services across oil & gas and renewables sectors.


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in project development and full lifecycle energy project delivery from FEL through startup

  • Background in engineering within oil & gas sectors (upstream, midstream, downstream, and renewables)

  • Understanding of feasibility studies, planning phases, and early project involvement strategies

  • Familiarity with EPC project models and engineering consulting

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships

  • Willingness to travel across the Continental US

  • Experience with proposal follow-up, RFPs, MSAs, and contract negotiations

  • Strong financial motivation tied to performance-based incentives


Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in project delivery management

  • Existing industry relationships in oil & gas and renewables

  • Knowledge of rotating equipment packaging or OEM services

  • Marketing and strategic growth planning experience

  • Understanding of technical scopes in engineering consulting


Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing client relationships and transition contacts into active accounts

  • Develop new client relationships and expand company market presence

  • Secure RFPs, MSAs, and other contracting opportunities

  • Coordinate and lead follow-up efforts for proposals and business opportunities

  • Report weekly to management on BD pipeline and market activity

  • Manage all marketing and promotional activities

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align technical offerings with client needs

  • Contribute to the strategic development of the business through profitable project wins



Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
