Seeking an experienced Electronics Fabricator to assemble circuit cards, harnesses, and cabinet systems from engineering drawings for use in test and tactical hardware development.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of fabrication experience in cable/harness assembly, SMT board fabrication, or military hardware maintenance

  • Prior certification in soldering and harness fabrication to MIL-STD requirements

  • Certification in J-STD-001 and IPC-7711/IPC-7721 soldering standards

  • Ability to interpret and build to engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics

  • Experience with Microsoft software and digital job tracking tools

  • Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Test Equipment engineering standards

  • Experience in procurement or acquisition of test materials

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in connector pinning, de-pinning, and mounting hardware application

  • Capability to fabricate and assemble single or multi-bay cabinet systems

  • Ability to identify and communicate fabrication or design issues to engineering or management

  • Familiarity with quality inspection processes and documentation procedures

Job Responsibilities:

  • Place and solder components on circuit cards and sub-assemblies

  • Build wiring harnesses and install hardware per specifications

  • Assemble and integrate lower-level builds into full cabinet assemblies

  • Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, draftsmen, procurement, and quality teams

  • Utilize software tools to track job status, quality checks, and engineering revisions

  • Support delivery of completed hardware to Engineering and Manufacturing departments

  • Commit to a 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime as needed



Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
