Seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, coordination, and execution of large-scale facility projects while supervising engineering teams and interfacing with external agencies.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of mechanical systems design experience

  • Extensive knowledge of engineering techniques, procedures, and standards

  • Experience managing complex facility-type projects

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to resolve conflicting design and coordination issues

  • Proficiency in preparing technical specifications, estimates, and contract documents

  • Familiarity with permitting and coordination processes involving City, State, and County officials

  • Strong understanding of construction administration and site observation

  • Experience supervising junior engineers and technical staff

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform engineering tasks using standard and modified techniques within the assigned functional area

  • Develop initial mechanical design concepts for major project phases

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering work across disciplines

  • Supervise project progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Act as liaison between clients, agencies, subcontractors, and design teams

  • Review and prepare detailed plans, technical specs, and cost estimates

  • Participate in bidding processes and construction administration efforts

  • Conduct site visits and observe construction activities

  • Manage and mentor less experienced engineers and support personnel

  • Execute additional project-related duties as assigned



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
