Seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to oversee construction administration activities across multiple projects, ensuring compliance, coordination, and efficient execution from start to finish.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of contract administration or construction project management experience

  • Familiarity with construction documentation and procedures

  • Licensure or trades accreditation within any CSI Division preferred

  • Experience with Newforma preferred


Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to manage sub-consultants and lead construction meetings

  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and compliance processes

  • Knowledge of commissioning procedures and post-construction evaluations

  • Proficiency in reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, and change orders

  • Capable of conducting punch-lists and project close-out procedures

  • Skilled in preparing and responding to construction-related reports and communications


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee construction administration phase for multiple projects

  • Direct project activities to ensure adherence to construction documents

  • Establish project procedures, resolve construction issues, and conduct budget reviews

  • Process test reports, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

  • Conduct site visits, prepare punch-lists, and manage project close-out tasks

  • Act as Prime Consultant, overseeing sub-consultants and representing owner interests

  • Provide peer reviews and constructability feedback on design development drawings

  • Support the commissioning process through on-site problem solving and verification

  • Perform document revisions and updates as required

  • Execute additional construction administration tasks as assigned



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
