Seeking a Customer Service Representative to address inquiries, resolve billing issues, and document customer interactions related to products and services.


Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 0–2 years of customer service experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with handling service and billing complaints

  • Ability to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

  • Experience with escalation and referral processes for unresolved issues

Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer service or billing complaints through merchandise exchanges, refunds, or bill adjustments

  • Contact customers regarding inquiries or outcomes of claim investigations

  • Refer unresolved grievances to appropriate departments for further review

  • Record all customer interactions, complaints, comments, and resolutions in company systems



Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
