Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a background in plastics and validation to support production efficiency, process improvement, and equipment integration in a manufacturing environment.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ)

  • Proficiency in test method validation

  • Understanding of equipment and process integration


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in implementing process improvements and yield optimization

  • Familiarity with reviewing product development for process compatibility

  • Ability to assess material and equipment capabilities against target specifications

  • Knowledge of manufacturing techniques for existing product lines


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and sustaining engineering support for manufacturing operations

  • Recommend and implement modifications to equipment and processes to meet quality and efficiency goals

  • Validate new and existing processes through IQ/OQ/PQ protocols

  • Review product development requirements to ensure manufacturing compatibility

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and production yield enhancements

  • Integrate equipment and material capabilities to align with process and technology specifications



Pay Details: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
