Seeking a Process Engineer to lead efficiency, safety, and automation initiatives within a chemical manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on data-driven process improvement and equipment optimization.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Experience in chemical manufacturing or related industries

  • Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS)

  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar continual improvement methodologies

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CAPEX and engineering project leadership

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards for chemical manufacturing

  • Strong analytical skills for identifying process trends and inefficiencies

  • Ability to train operators and technicians on process procedures

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, safety, and sustainability

  • Focus on operations automation and collaborate closely with Maintenance to maintain and upgrade process equipment

  • Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with industry standards

  • Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and inform decision-making

  • Prepare detailed reports on process performance and lead process improvement initiatives

  • Manage and execute capital and engineering projects

  • Champion continual improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies

  • Maintain and update documentation for management of change, process procedures, and equipment design



Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
