Design and develop high-performance hardware systems from initial architecture through production and deployment in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering

  • 3–10 years of industry experience in hardware design and development

  • Proficiency in Altium Designer and hardware engineering workflows

  • Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller/microprocessor interfaces

  • Proficiency in digital communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, USB)

  • Familiarity with test and diagnostic hardware/software development

  • Hands-on experience with tools like oscilloscopes, meters, and prototype assembly equipment


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in high-speed digital interface design (DDR2/DDR3, PCIe, Gigabit Ethernet)

  • Signal Integrity simulation and analysis experience

  • Firmware development experience

  • Experience with FPGA design and HDL languages (VHDL, SystemVerilog)

  • Ability to support customer interactions, project scheduling, and deliverable management

  • Experience launching products with manufacturers and external partners


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust hardware systems from architecture through deployment

  • Develop custom PCB schematics and layouts, identify components, and document builds

  • Support firmware and electrical hardware development on active projects

  • Define and execute electrical test plans and simulations

  • Maintain and develop diagnostic and testing infrastructure

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product development

  • Interface directly with customers and manufacturing partners to meet project goals

  • Perform prototype testing, debugging, and validation using standard engineering tools



Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
