Performs cable and electro-mechanical assembly tasks including soldering, point-to-point harnessing, and integration of large subassemblies.


Job Requirements

  • Experience with cable assembly and soldering

  • Proficiency in point-to-point harness fabrication

  • Familiarity with mechanical assembly of extrusion frames

  • Ability to perform electro-mechanical assembly using proper grounding techniques

  • Capable of following work instructions for repetitive tasks

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with in-process checks and visual inspection

  • Understanding of time standards and takt time reduction through cross-functional training

  • Comfortable using hand tools including screwdrivers, hex keys, drills, saws, tape measures, and fixtures


Job Responsibilities

  • Assemble cables and harnesses with precise soldering techniques

  • Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly tasks per specifications

  • Conduct quality inspections during assembly using visual and checklist methods

  • Participate in the manual integration of large subassemblies into final builds

  • Maintain productivity and quality standards across multiple workstations

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure on-time completion of assemblies



Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
