Mechanical Engineer
Oversee construction project documentation, coordination, procurement, cost control, and project administration from jobsite mobilization to closeout.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 2 years prior experience as a Project Engineer in construction

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, NavisWorks, and Bluebeam
-
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts, proposals, and estimates

Intermediate understanding of accounting principles
Preferred Skills:
-
Technical experience reviewing submittals and installation drawings
-
Experience with dimension checking and material compliance
-
Familiarity with mechanical and plumbing systems
Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain jobsite documentation
-
Coordinate project set-up, site mobilization, administration, and closeout
-
Research, prepare, and present project proposals
-
Prepare equipment requisitions and coordinate with purchasing and vendors
-
Develop cost control measures and expense reports
-
Meet departmental performance benchmarks

Track and schedule project progress
-
Review design drawings, specifications, and write change orders
-
Draft subcontracts, purchase orders, correspondence, RFIs, and job summaries
-
Support RFP and procurement processes
-
Assist with monthly financial reporting and billing substantiation
-
Prepare submittals, O&M manuals, air balance logs, and as-built documentation

Create site-specific work plans and billing breakdowns
Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
