Perform precision rework and repair tasks on printed circuit boards (PCBs) with a focus on component replacement and trace repair.

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • IPC certification
  • Ability to use a computer

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional team members

Job Responsibilities:

  • Soldering/desoldering fine-pitch components to printed circuit boards (PCBs)
  • Soldering surface mount components to PCBs
  • Repairing damaged traces on PCBs
  • Repairing damaged through-hole pads on PCBs
  • Repairing damaged surface mount pads on PCBs
  • Repairing damaged internal circuitry on PCBs
  • Replacing damaged gold contacts
  • Removing and replacing through-hole components
  • Removing and replacing surface mount components
  • Performing hot gas surface mount component rework for BGA (Ball Grid Array) devices


Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
