Project Manager- Procurement/Commodities
Manage supplier pricing, tariff processes, and data analysis to support procurement and commodity management operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in project management.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or commodity management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of tariffs, country of origin regulations, and cost impact analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing supplier pricing files and leading tariff processes.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized documentation.
- Experience in negotiation processes and supplier issue resolution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier pricing files for tariff management and lead the tariff process.
- Analyze tariff pricing data, verify impacts, and execute pricing adjustments.
- Develop and maintain negotiation playbooks for procurement teams.
- Maintain SharePoint files and documentation for procurement operations.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings and track action items.
- Oversee supplier-related projects, addressing cost impacts and maintaining margin.
- Compile data sets for negotiations and act as a liaison between business and commodity teams.
- Manage data entry, file updates, and reporting for procurement processes.
- Document meeting notes, project updates, and maintain organized records.
Pay Details: $31.00 to $41.00 per hour
