Project Manager- Procurement/Commodities

Manage supplier pricing, tariff processes, and data analysis to support procurement and commodity management operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or commodity management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of tariffs, country of origin regulations, and cost impact analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing supplier pricing files and leading tariff processes.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized documentation.
• Experience in negotiation processes and supplier issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier pricing files for tariff management and lead the tariff process.
• Analyze tariff pricing data, verify impacts, and execute pricing adjustments.
• Develop and maintain negotiation playbooks for procurement teams.
• Maintain SharePoint files and documentation for procurement operations.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings and track action items.
• Oversee supplier-related projects, addressing cost impacts and maintaining margin.
• Compile data sets for negotiations and act as a liaison between business and commodity teams.
• Manage data entry, file updates, and reporting for procurement processes.
• Document meeting notes, project updates, and maintain organized records.

Pay Details: $31.00 to $41.00 per hour
