EHS Engineer
Develop and implement EHS strategies, policies, and compliance programs to ensure workplace safety, environmental protection, and regulatory adherence.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Health, Safety, or a relevant scientific/engineering field.
- 3-5 years of experience in EHS programs, operations, quality, or engineering (manufacturing experience preferred).
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in EHS compliance assessments, risk mitigation, and incident investigations.
- Knowledge of environmental auditing, regulatory reporting, and record-keeping.
- Ability to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace safety programs.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex assignments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving EHS vision, policy, and strategies by performing compliance reviews and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement programs, procedures, and systems to ensure regulatory compliance and workplace safety.
- Conduct site-wide audits to identify EHS management gaps and develop corrective measures.
- Provide EHS services, solutions, and technical guidance to business management and support functions.
- Manage EHS incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement programs based on lessons learned from incidents.
- Assist in the development of company-wide employee safety and injury prevention programs.
- Conduct environmental audits, maintain records, and complete regulatory reporting as required.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
