Summary: Seeking an Electrical Engineer with specialization in controls and robotics to design control panels, industrial power systems, and develop PLC programs.

Requirements:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering or electro-mechanical design

  • 3+ years of experience in controls development with PLC programming and troubleshooting

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for designing electrical schematics and panel drawings

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in engineering/design of industrial equipment and machinery

  • Knowledge of IEC 61131-3 programming standards

  • Familiarity with configuration management practices and SolidWorks PDM

  • Basic network configuration understanding

  • Vision system knowledge including vision-guided systems

  • Analog/digital signal processing experience

  • Design experience adhering to robotic safety standards (ISO10218)

Responsibilities:

  • Design control panels and industrial power systems using relevant electrical engineering principles

  • Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLCs for various applications

  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to team members without technical backgrounds

  • Apply fabrication and assembly methods including wire/cable routing, termination, soldering etc.

  • Ensure designs meet applicable safety standards for robotics

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
