Order Fulfillment Specialist
Order Fulfillment Specialist I responsible for processing customer quotes and orders, tracking status, and coordinating information flow to meet material demand schedules.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field from an accredited college/university, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 3 years of directly related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

High proficiency with Excel and strong skills working with spreadsheets and large volumes of data.

Basic knowledge of power plant operation, manufacturing techniques, and manufacturing capabilities (preferred).

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and work with abstract and concrete variables.

Ability to handle multiple quotes and orders simultaneously and prioritize work based on schedule demands.
-
Ability to travel overnight up to 10%.
Preferred Skills
-
Experience supporting order fulfillment or customer service in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as sales, service, logistics, and finance.
Job Responsibilities
-
Receive, process, track, and report status of customer quote requests and orders in accordance with internal standards.

Maintain informational exchanges and communication with all groups involved in fulfilling material demands.

Receive and process customer inquiries and clearly transfer information to related teams.

Prepare, review, and issue quotes and proposals.

Receive, prioritize, and process customer orders and generate clear customer requirements for all implementing organizations.

Provide regular status reports for outstanding inquiries and orders.

Schedule and release orders for shipment in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.

Prepare invoice and billing documents according to order terms.

Provide resolution support for customer issues related to warranty, suspense, deficiencies, and other contract or purchase order issues.

Provide after-hours support for outages and emergencies as required.

Work with internal teams to develop and maintain centralized tracking systems (historical, current, and planning).

Coordinate efforts with support functions to meet customer and operational needs.

Support development and improvement of processes and procedures and document process descriptions for daily functions.

Assist with investigation and resolution of routine problems.

Assist with coordination of activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs.

Support customer master data entry and maintenance as required.

Provide assistance and feedback to higher-level personnel on significant customer issues.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour
