Human Resources Manager
Summary: Seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources for multiple Parts Depots across the US and Canada, focusing on employee experience, operational HR practices, and fostering a culture of trust and performance.
Requirements:
- BS Degree in HR Management, Business or related field
- 6+ years of relevant HR Management experience
- Strong knowledge of general and state-specific employment laws & compliance requirements
- Experience supporting hourly employees in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to travel (25%)
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in HR systems including Success Factors, ADP, ETime, SAP
Responsibilities:
- Foster a workplace culture rooted in respect, inclusion, and transparency
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, conflict resolution, and career development
- Champion initiatives enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction
- Ensure fair application of HR practices promoting equity and accountability
- Lead onboarding programs creating a supportive experience for new hires
- Collaborate with HR partners on core programs like payroll and benefits
- Provide guidance on HR policies ensuring equitable treatment across the organization
- Partner with management to implement immediate and long-term HR strategies
- Identify and address HR-related issues with practical solutions
Pay Details: $40.00 to $48.00 per hour
