Summary: Seeking an SBOM Specialist to ensure accurate shipment of materials and prevent project site discrepancies.

  • Requirements:

    • Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
    • Valid driver's license required
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in power generation, utility, power plant construction, Oil & Gas, etc.
    • Background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or Transportation Management preferred
    • Certifications such as APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or ISM are advantageous
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Familiarity with SharePoint Documenting Systems and Adobe Acrobat PDF
    • Spanish and/or Japanese language skills are a plus
    • Prior knowledge of Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Heat Recovering Steam Generator (HRSG), Generators, Air Inlet Filter Houses
  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Verify shipments include all loose ship materials according to SBOM
    • Use Purchase Order documentation and Specifications for SBOM verification
    • Interpret Mechanical, Piping, and Electrical Drawings for material accuracy
    • Liaise with Engineering, Supplier, Global Sourcing, Logistics teams
    • Expedite SBOM review and approval process to avoid project delays
    • Communicate discrepancies found during the SBOM process with suppliers
    • Provide weekly activity reports and monthly summaries to Materials Manager


Pay Details: $32.00 to $43.00 per hour
