Summary: Seeking a PMO Training Coordinator to manage learning management systems, track training completion, and support certification programs within the Project Management Office.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience supporting EPC project execution or project controls
  • Experience creating technical training content and delivering training to professional audiences
  • Strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer PMO's learning management system and training platforms
  • Maintain user profiles, learning paths, and training assignments for PMO personnel
  • Manage course catalogs, enrollment processes, and completion tracking specific to PMO processes
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide LMS user support for PMO training participants
  • Maintain PMO training document repository and implement document control procedures
  • Generate reports on PMO training completion rates and compliance metrics
  • Oversee administration of PMO-specific certification assessments and competency evaluations
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions including scheduling and attendee communications


Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
