Summary: Seeking a Production Engineer with expertise in chemical manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing tools to optimize plant performance and mentor junior staff.

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required

  • 5 years of experience in process or production engineering within a chemical plant

  • Plant commissioning experience

  • Knowledge of PSM, environmental regulations, and ISO 9001 standards

  • Experience leading safety initiatives and conducting audits

  • Expertise in root cause analysis, waste reduction, and process optimization

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g., 5S) and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Willingness to mentor junior staff 10% of time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage chemical manufacturing processes to optimize plant performance

  • Lead safety initiatives and develop standard operating procedures

  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with environmental regulations

  • Mentor junior staff to foster professional development



Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
