Summary: Seeking a skilled Fabrication Welder experienced in GMAW welding and blueprint interpretation for contract work.

  • Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Experience with GMAW (MIG welding) in 2G position

    • Proficiency with plasma cutter & acetylene torch

    • Ability to read and follow blueprints

    • Valid Driver's License

  • Preferred Skills:

    • FCAW welding experience in 3G and/or 4G position

    • Knowledge of ASW Standard D11 code

    • Familiarity with weld symbols

  • Responsibilities:

    • Read fabrication drawings and use tape measure (to 1/32")

    • Interpret and execute welding procedures, including machine setup

    • Use basic hand tools, jigs & fixtures for assembly and welding operations

    • Cut materials for fabrication; layout, position, and secure parts as specified

    • Tack welds, weld components, clean, inspect all welds

    • Inspect fabricated parts for accuracy according to specifications

Pay: 20-25

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
