Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer with expertise in PLC/HMI control systems for automation and electrical design in industrial settings.

  • 5 years of experience with programming software and tools

  • 2 years of experience with electrical design software and tools

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Controls Engineer specializing in PLC/HMI control systems

  • Completion of associate's degree/trade school program in electrical, automation, or related field, or minimum of 2 years of related experience

  • Strong electrical aptitude and working knowledge of computers and MS Office

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Servo/SCADA/DCS control systems

  • Experience as an Electrical Designer for industrial control panels

  • Strong knowledge of UL and NEC standards for industrial control panels

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain PLC programs for machinery and process automation

  • Write, test, and debug ladder logic, structured text, and function block code

  • Design, create, and maintain HMIs using various programming software

  • Ensure seamless communication between HMI and PLC systems

  • Integrate PLC/HMI systems with sensors, actuators, motors, and drives

  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues related to PLCs/HMIs

  • Perform diagnostics to minimize downtime

  • Create comprehensive electrical designs for industrial control panels

Pay: 100K-120K
