CNC Lathe Machinists

Summary: Seeking CNC Lathe Machinists with expertise in aerospace manufacturing for precision component production.

• CNC lathe setup and operation experience required

• Ability to perform own setups

• Expertise working to tight aerospace tolerances

Senior Level Position Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience

• Expertise in multi-axis CNC turning centers preferred

• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, and aerospace tolerances

• Ability to perform complex setups and first article production with minimal supervision

• Experience machining hard-to-cut alloys and heat-resistant materials

• Knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and FAA quality requirements

• Proficiency in inspection tools and precision measuring techniques

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Okuma and Fanuc controls

• Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives

• Understanding of cutting tool technology

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality precision components for aerospace applications using CNC lathes

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
