Summary: Seeking an Environmental Engineer to manage and support Crayola's environmental programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience with environmental compliance programs for manufacturing facilities.
  • Experience with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) and EPA Air Quality Permits and Regulations.
  • Familiarity with EPA SPCC Program and PA DEP PPC Program regulations.
  • Knowledge in EPCRA, RCRA, Ozone Depleting Substances, Greenhouse Gas Reporting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledgeable in basic chemistry and biology for understanding laboratory reports.
  • HAZWOPER Training desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction for managing the Environmental Management Program.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for Air Quality, Stormwater, Wastewater Management Programs.
  • Conduct inspections and report on environmental performance metrics.
  • Develop internal and customer-facing environmental programs including training and documentation.
  • Lead environmental projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.


Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
