Summary: Seeking a Program Manager with experience in the automotive industry and automation to oversee machine and tooling projects, ensuring compliance with standards and driving continuous improvement.

  • Requirements:

    • Experience in the automotive industry
    • Automation experience preferred
    • Strong project management skills
    • Leadership & cross-functional team coordination
    • Customer-facing communication skills
    • Valid driver's license and ability to visit customer sites

  • Responsibilities:

    • Lead product launches and process improvement projects
    • Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams
    • Monitor project progress and resolve issues
    • Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
