Summary: Seeking a Sr Project Manager for the Sustaining Engineering Group to lead engineering initiatives from conception to commercialization.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related technical discipline preferred and/or 5+ years extensive experience in project management.
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Product Development with successful product launches.
    • Project Management Certification or degree (e.g., PMP or equivalent) strongly preferred.
    • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing environment.
    • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and BOMs; experience in MRP/ERP Systems.
    • Proficient in electronic systems and software (Microsoft Office, Project Management software).
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities focused on achieving business objectives.
    • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills for facilitating discussions and reaching consensus.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Assume full ownership of multiple engineering initiatives, setting objectives for cross-functional teams.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with organizational goals for efficient execution.
    • Lead, inspire, and mentor project members to achieve milestones and objectives.
    • Engage stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations and ensure seamless communication.
    • Identify potential risks early in projects; develop mitigation plans to maintain progress.
    • Ensure quality control measures meet standards, regulatory requirements, and scope expectations.


Pay Details: $49.00 to $66.00 per hour
