Summary: Seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead continuous improvement efforts in engineer-to-order automation system manufacturing.

  • Requirements:

    • BS Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
    • 5+ years' experience in complex manufacturing environment
    • Proficient with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
    • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Navision/Business Central)

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience leading quality investigations and projects
    • Experience identifying and implementing ERP-related improvements

  • Responsibilities:

    • Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Champion quality and perform root cause analysis
    • Develop training structures and improve procedures
    • Collect and analyze operational data for improvement opportunities
    • Optimize ERP processes and workflows
    • Analyze manufacturing processes for efficiency


Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
