Summary: Seeking a Product Development Engineer with expertise in automotive interiors and experience in product lifecycle management, engineering analysis, and manufacturing integration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Product Development, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing)
  • 2-3 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Certification in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean/Kaizen/6 Sigma principles
  • Experience with automotive interiors (instrument panels, overhead console)

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of design simulation tools
  • Experience in root cause analysis methods

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full product development lifecycle from concept to post-launch support
  • Apply advanced engineering principles to solve design challenges using CAE and CFD tools
  • Conduct tolerance stack-up studies for dimensional accuracy and functional performance
  • Develop technical documentation adhering to GD&T standards
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams for efficient production and operational performance


Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
