Reliability Engineer
Summary: Seeking a Reliability Engineer with expertise in CMMS database management and automotive industry experience to enhance reliability strategies and support plant operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls Engineering, or 3-5 years relevant experience.
- 3-5 years experience with CMMS database and asset management.
- 5-8 years maintenance and mechanical experience in manufacturing.
- Understanding of safety best practices (lock-out tag-out).
- Proven knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and execute company standards for CMMS and reliability strategies.
- Support operations with layered process audits (LPA's).
- Assist new program introduction, ongoing production, and field performance monitoring.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to enhance standards.
- Provide technical expertise in reliability methods, testing, and data analysis.
- Travel to plant and vendor locations for supporting initiatives (50% to 75% travel).
- Contribute to risk management, validation, and improvement activities across product lifecycle.
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
