Electrical Engineer
Summary: Seeking an Electrical Engineer with expertise in vehicle electrical systems, custom design, and 3D design software for troubleshooting and product development.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in electrical design/troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Proficiency in electrical system troubleshooting and design
- Experience with 3D design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with low voltage DC applications (12V, 24V systems)
- Experience with heavy industrial equipment or automotive design
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools like multi-meters and test lights
- Experience with ladder logic and function block programming
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams for vehicle electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical systems on vehicles
- Collaborate with the team to develop new product designs and improvements
- Conduct on-vehicle testing, prototyping, and production support
- Design wire harnesses and create detailed documentation
- Utilize CAD systems to create part files, assemblies, and drawing files
- Apply controls knowledge including Codesys software and IFM hardware/software
Pay Details: $36.00 to $48.00 per hour
