Desktop Support Technician III
Summary: Seeking a Desktop Support Technician III with expertise in imaging, deploying machines, and troubleshooting within Windows OS environments.
Requirements:
- Experience with imaging, deploying machines, and troubleshooting
- Administration and support of PCs using Windows 10 & 11 OS and Office 365
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
- Understanding of networking components like switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, and wireless
Responsibilities:
- Image PCs and deploy applications using SCCM
- Install, replace, configure hardware and software
- Perform user and copier location moves
- Advanced troubleshooting for Windows OS, desktops/laptops, printers, mobile devices
- Install and troubleshoot Office 365 applications
- Assist with basic network/server troubleshooting and repairs
- Conduct installation/preventative maintenance of network/server equipment
- Manage Active Directory user accounts
- Document IT processes for Service Desk use
Pay Details: $29.00 to $33.00 per hour
