Electrical Engineer (Design)
Summary: Seeking an Electrical Engineer with expertise in power distribution design for industrial facilities to lead and design electrical networks for Gas Turbine projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum five years of experience in industrial facility power distribution design (up to 1000VAC and 220VDC)
- Inclination towards computer programming languages encouraged
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Generators (150 MVA ratings and above) for Gas or Steam Turbines
- Familiarity with SmartPlant Electrical, SmartSketch, SmartPlant 3D, and lighting calculation software
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop single-line diagrams, panelboard schedules, wiring diagrams, control schematics
- Perform calculations for equipment sizing, cable/conduit spacing, illumination levels
- Prepare purchase specifications and select vendors for electrical packages
- Interpret design requirements according to relevant electrical codes
- Use SmartPlant tools to design electrical power and control systems
Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
