Maintenance Technician
Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Technician with experience in facility maintenance for a manufacturing environment to perform diverse duties including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of facility maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Forklift operation & maintenance
- Scissors lift operation & maintenance
- HVAC knowledge
- Mig & tig welding skills
- Hydraulics-pumps & gears expertise
- Boiler operation knowledge
- Plumbing proficiency
- Familiarity with CMMS-Fiix
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with mixers/agitators and tank entries
Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production tools and machines
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on systems and equipment
- Conduct plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions
- Maintain compressed air systems
- Operate high pressure steam boiler systems
- Execute seasonal grounds maintenance duties
- Address work order items according to established procedures
- Provide emergency repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance
Pay Details: $27.00 to $31.00 per hour
